I request the officials to conduct an inquiry and take a very strong action against the editor of Hindustan hindi newspaper of district mainpuri and false complaint maker. I m attaching the published article as well as detailed story behind that. If such types of false statements will publish in newspapers which led to defame me and my family ,then to maintain the self respect it is strongly recommended to take action against the persons responsible for this act. I am a well respected individual in my hometown and owner of Indane LPG distributorship firm. District mainpuri chief editor is taking complaints blindly from any person and giving false article for publication without any valid confirmation of the news with the local reporter of Alipur khera, which led to devaluation of the news paper and most importantly harming the image of me in front of locals and relatives which felt embarrassed. I am continuously defamed by the hindustan HIndi newspaper by publishing false statements in the same paper. Citizen of Village- Alipur Khera, District -Mainpuri, Uttar pradesh. I implore that you please take up the matter and take any necessary action. The harassment is affecting my reputation in my village and is affecting my performance health. I want to bring to your notice that I am undergoing emotional trauma and embarrassment at society. While most of the advances have been verbal, I have two witnesses, who have witnessed the harassment. I reported the incident to police but Biswaranjan ojha has not stopped. On DATE he bit me and filed a complaint against me as well misusing his media power. It has continued almost every week since. His relative came out and exposed him legally but still he is behind me. The harassment began on when I bought land from one of his relatives with her own wish and he said he will not allow me to use that land which I bought legally from his relative. I am a retired teacher and senior citizen of this country, and my behaviour ethic has never been called into question.
